Jamie Koll (@girlswhoeat): Clean Eating, Food Blogging, Sober Curiosity & Living with a Rare Disease
Feb 26, 2021 Season 1 Episode 12

After being diagnosed with a rare disease in 2018, Jamie Koll completely changed her lifestyle to focus on clean eating. She lived in NYC for 6 years  working as an event planner and recently moved back to Boston to focus on her business full time. She is a certified health coach and recipe developer! She loves to grocery shop, travel, and spend time with big floofy dog Bronny.

Jamie started her Instagram account @girlswhoeat in 2014 as a guide to dining out in NYC and beyond. Over the past six years, she  has worked with a number of restaurants, brands, and hospitality partners across the country and world. In recent months, she has shifted to a healthier focus as my passion for clean eating has taken a front row seat. Her goal is to bring her audience healthy eating options by guiding you to make great choices at home, at your grocery store, or while on-the-go. On her website, you will find easy to make recipes, discover amazing female-founded food brands, and tips to make meal prep simpler and snacking healthier!

In this episode, we talk about everything from recipe development, living with a rare disease, clean eating, reading labels, health coaching school, being sober curious, leaving NYC, and what a day in her life looks like. Jamie and I have known each other since we met in health coach school a year and a half ago so you'll definitely feel like you're listening to two  friends!
